Introduction to the Law of Attraction

Have you ever noticed how two people can experience the same situation but react to it completely differently?
One person may see a setback and think, “This is the end.”
Another may see the same setback and think, “This is an opportunity to learn.”
The situation is the same. But their experience of it is completely different. Why?
Because our mind influences the way we see, interpret and respond to life.
I’m Magical Mohit, a Spiritual Transformation Coach and the founder of Mind Body & Soul. For more than 11 years, I have been working with people on mindset, healing, self-love, manifestation, emotional transformation and spirituality.
One of the most powerful things I have learned through this journey is that if you want to transform your outer life, you cannot ignore your inner world. Let's understand why.
Does Your Mind Really Create Your Reality?
When we say “your mind creates your reality,” it does not mean that every random thought magically makes something happen. If you think, “I want a million rupees,” that thought alone doesn't guarantee a million rupees will appear in your bank account.
Your mind works in a more powerful—and practical—way.
Your repeated thoughts influence:- What you notice → How you interpret things → How you feel → What you believe → How you behave → What you create
Over time, these patterns can have a significant impact on your life.
Your Thoughts Are Not Always Facts -
One of the first steps toward transforming your mind is learning to separate thoughts from facts. Imagine you send someone a message and they don't reply.
Your Mind may Immediately say :-
“They are ignoring me.”
“They don't care about me.”
“I must have done something wrong.”
But do you actually know that these thoughts are facts?
Maybe they are busy. Maybe they haven't seen the message. Maybe they are dealing with something completely unrelated to you.
The Event was simply:- “They didn't reply.”
Your mind created a story around the event. And that story created your emotional experience. This is why becoming aware of your thoughts is so important.
Repeated Thoughts Become Beliefs -
A thought that appears once may not have much power. But when the same thought is repeated again and again, it can gradually become a belief.
For example:-
“I am not good enough.”
“I always fail.”
“Money is difficult.”
“People cannot be trusted.”
“Love always hurts.”
“I have to work extremely hard to succeed.”
When these thoughts are repeated for years, they can start feeling like absolute truths and once a belief becomes deeply established, you may automatically make decisions that support it. This is where the subconscious mind becomes important.
Your Subconscious Mind Influences Your Patterns -
Your subconscious mind stores many of the patterns, beliefs and emotional associations you have developed throughout your life. Some of these may have been formed during childhood. Perhaps you repeatedly heard:-
“Money doesn't grow on trees.”
“Don't trust people.”
“You need to be perfect.”
“Be careful or something bad will happen.”
“You are not good enough.”
As a child, you may not have questioned these statements. You simply absorbed them. As an adult, those beliefs can continue influencing your relationships, confidence, career, money decisions and even your willingness to pursue new opportunities.
This is why changing your life often requires more than simply setting new goals. Sometimes you need to change the internal beliefs you are carrying.
Your Mind Looks for Evidence -
Your brain naturally pays attention to information that supports what you already believe. If you believe:- “Nothing ever works for me.” You may notice every disappointment while overlooking the things that are actually going well.
But when you begin believing:- “There are possibilities available to me.” You may start noticing opportunities, solutions and resources that were previously outside your attention. The world may not have suddenly changed. Your perception of the world has changed. And that can change the way you respond to it.
Thoughts → Emotions → Actions → Results
Consider this simple example. You think:-
“I'm not capable of doing this.”
That thought may create fear. Fear may lead to hesitation. Hesitation may lead to inaction. Inaction may create poor results. And those results may reinforce the original belief:- “See, I knew I couldn't do it.”
Now imagine changing the thought:-
“I don't know how to do this yet, but I can learn.”
That creates a different emotional state. You may become more willing to try. You take action. You learn. You improve. Your results begin to change. This is one of the practical ways your mind can influence your reality.
You Don't Need Positive Thoughts 24/7 -
Another common misconception is that you must think positively all the time. That's not realistic. You will experience fear, sadness, anger, doubt and uncertainty. The goal isn't to suppress those emotions or pretend everything is perfect. Instead, become aware of what is happening inside you.
When a negative thought appears, pause and ask:-
“Is this a fact or a thought?”
“Where did I learn this belief?”
“Is this belief helping me?”
“What would I choose to believe instead?”
This simple awareness can begin creating space between you and your old patterns.
A Simple 4-Step Practice -
Try this whenever you notice a recurring negative thought.
1. Notice: Become aware of the thought without judging yourself.
2. Question: Ask- “Is this absolutely true?”
3. Choose: Decide what thought or belief better supports the person you want to become.
4. Reframe: Instead of saying:
“I can't do this.”
Try:
“I can learn how to do this.”
Instead of saying:
“I am not worthy of love.”
Try:
“I am learning to love and value myself.”
The goal isn't to lie to yourself. The goal is to create a more empowering and believable perspective.
Your Inner World Shapes Your Outer World -
Your thoughts influence your beliefs. Your beliefs influence your emotions and decisions. Your decisions influence your actions. Your actions influence your experiences and repeated experiences can reinforce your identity. This is why transformation begins from within.
At Mind Body & Soul, my work as a Spiritual Transformation Coach goes beyond manifestation. I help people explore the connection between their mind, emotions, subconscious patterns, healing, self-love, spirituality and conscious creation.
Because when you transform your inner world, you can begin creating your outer world differently.
Start Today - For the next 24 hours, become an observer of your mind.
Notice the thoughts you repeatedly have about:
- Yourself
- Money
- Relationships
- Career
- Success
- Your future
- What you believe is possible for you
Don't judge them. Just observe. Because awareness is the beginning of transformation.
