How to Use Affirmations the Right Way (Most People Do It Wrong)
Affirmations are everywhere.
“Money flows to me easily.”
“I am worthy of love.”
“I attract miracles every day.”
Sounds good, right?
But… why do some people repeat affirmations daily and still feel stuck?
Because most people are doing it WRONG.
Let’s fix that.
What Are Affirmations?
Affirmations are positive, present-tense statements designed to reprogram your subconscious mind.
They work like mental seeds — when planted with feeling and belief, they grow into new thoughts, habits, and results.
BUT…
If you're just repeating words with no emotion, no belief, or while feeling doubt — you're not planting a seed.
You're just making noise.
Why Affirmations Fail ?
1. You don’t believe what you're saying.
Saying “I am confident” when you deeply feel insecure can create resistance.
2. You're repeating without emotion.
Feeling is the secret. No feeling = no frequency shift.
3. You're not consistent.
One affirmation a week won’t rewrite decades of limiting beliefs.
4. You're not aligning action with words.
Affirming wealth while living in fear of spending won’t bring results.
The Right Way to Use Affirmations
1. Choose Affirmations That Feel True (or Almost True)
Instead of saying “I am rich” (when your mind screams “LIE!”), try:
“I am open to receiving abundance in new ways.”
Let your mind accept the new idea gently.
2. Say Them Slowly, With Feeling
Close your eyes. Breathe.
Let the words sink into your body.
Feel as if they’re already true.
3. Repeat at Key Times
- After waking up
- Before sleep
- During meditation
- While looking in the mirror
These are moments when your subconscious mind is most receptive.
4. Visualize as You Say Them
When you say “I am loved” — picture yourself hugged, smiling, fulfilled.
Make it REAL in your inner world.
5. Write Them Daily
Writing creates stronger impressions on your subconscious than just speaking.
Powerful Affirmations You Can Start With:
- I am healing more and more every day.
- I choose peace over fear.
- I allow the Universe to guide me.
- Abundance flows to me in expected and unexpected ways.
- I am becoming the best version of myself.
Choose just 1 or 2 and repeat them for a full week. Let them soak in.
